1 Acceptance of Agreement
This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Student", or "Affiliate Partner") and Skill Growth India. By registering an account, making a payment, or accessing platform content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consented to these Terms without limitation.
2 Account Eligibility & Security
To register on our platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age (or have verified parental/guardian permission if under 18).
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal credentials during sign-up.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
- Account sharing, credential leasing, or selling platform access is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate termination without compensation.
3 Intellectual Property Rights
All learning materials, recorded videos, presentations, graphics, logos, scripts, and software code hosted on Skill Growth India are the exclusive intellectual property of Skill Growth India.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream and view the educational content. You may not record, screen-capture, redistribute, resell, rebrand, or upload our course materials to third-party platforms or drive links.
4 Affiliate Program & Code of Conduct
Users enrolling in our affiliate training program agree to maintain ethical business practices at all times:
- No false income guarantees, misleading financial claims, or fake screenshots may be presented to prospective learners.
- Spamming unsolicited messages, automated bulk email broadcasting, or infringing advertisements using our trademark are strictly banned.
- Affiliate commissions are disbursed exclusively on verified sales processed through official payment channels (Razorpay / PhonePe).
- Skill Growth India reserves the right to suspend or freeze affiliate accounts engaged in manipulative or unethical promotion.
5 Fees, Payments & No Refund Clause
All prices for courses, bundles, and digital subscriptions are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of relevant processing charges.
As stipulated in our Refund Policy, all purchases of digital education products are 100% non-refundable and non-cancellable once access has been provisioned. By completing checkout, you explicitly agree to this policy.
6 Earning & Results Disclaimer
Skill Growth India is an educational platform dedicated to teaching practical digital skills. We do not provide get-rich-quick schemes, stock advisory services, or guaranteed earnings. Individual financial outcomes depend entirely on individual effort, consistency, dedication, and market conditions.
7 Termination & Suspension
We reserve the unilateral authority to temporarily restrict or permanently terminate any user account without prior notice if we detect violations of these Terms, fraudulent payment attempts, breach of copyright, or harassment of community members.
8 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to this platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Satara, Maharashtra, India.
