1 Strict No Refund Policy
All purchases, subscriptions, and package upgrades completed through the Skill Growth India platform are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. Once payment has been confirmed and digital credentials or access to courses have been granted, requests for refunds, chargebacks, or order cancellations will not be entertained under any circumstances.
2 Digital Products & Intangible Services
Skill Growth India specializes exclusively in digital learning content, including online video courses, recorded training modules, downloadable tools, mentorship materials, and affiliate business resources.
Due to the immediate digital delivery and non-tangible nature of these educational assets, they are deemed "used" upon login and access generation. Consequently, digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or rescinded.
3 Pre-Purchase Verification & Due Diligence
Users are strongly advised to thoroughly review all course information before initiating any transaction. Before finalizing your purchase, please verify:
- Course curriculum, syllabus, and learning modules.
- Package pricing, inclusions, and bonus benefits.
- Technical compatibility of your devices (smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop) and internet connectivity.
- Platform Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, and Privacy Guidelines.
By proceeding with the payment, you affirm that you have conducted your own due diligence and have voluntarily elected to enroll in the selected training program.
4 Affiliate Commissions & Financial Settlement
When a package is purchased, affiliate rewards, bonuses, and operational costs are processed and credited in real time through our automated tier system. Processing any retroactive refund would disrupt financial accounting and affiliate partner disbursements. Therefore, no exceptions will be made regarding transaction reversals.
5 Technical Errors & Duplicate Deductions
If you encounter a rare payment anomaly, such as multiple debits for a single transaction or technical failure during checkout, please submit a grievance to our helpdesk within 24 to 48 hours.
- Submit your payment gateway transaction reference, screenshot of bank debit, registered email address, and order ID.
- Our finance team will investigate the duplicate payment with the payment aggregator (Razorpay / PhonePe).
- Verified excess charges resulting strictly from server anomalies will be reversed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
Note: Investigation requests are solely for transaction verification and do not imply an automatic entitlement to refund.
